TEAK GARDEN INDONESIA is a teak furniture manufacturing company located in the city of Jepara, Java, Indonesia. We are direct manufacturers and exporters of all qualities of teak outdoor furniture, teak garden and teak patio furniture, teak flooring and teak accessories. We use kiln dried wood or air dried wood depending on the customers requirements and specifications. We manufacture all qualities of teak furniture from the very best quality A product down to a very affordable C quality that is semi machine made with C quality teak wood and then finished and treated with a wood equalizer to give the furniture an even tone.Our premium quality teak patio furniture is manufactured with quality A teak wood sourced that we select ourselves from legal government teak plantations. The grade A teak wood is carefully selected and then manufactured in a machine made process using mortise & tenon jointing processes to insure all joints fit tight and clean and will not separate or split apart. The finished product is then hand sanded until it is velvety smooth. All of our premium grade A teak furniture is left in it's natural state and we do not apply any teak oil or other finishing solvents, stains, or varnishes. Just pure and beautiful natural teak wood!From the wood selection process, to the saw milling, raw materials preparation, component cutting, assembly, finishing, packing and loading, we do all the work in real manufacturing facilities.

Packing & Warehousing Supervision:
Correctly packing a full container load (FCL) is a very tricky business and requires the knowledge of how to do it the right way. This is the only way to insure all products will arrive to you undamaged. We manages the packing and loading of your container from the first piece until the last and make sure that all products are properly packaged and placed in the container to minimize the possibility of a shifting load. This is the number one cause of major damage to teak patio furniture goods packed in a container.

Shipping & Handling supervision:
We coordinates with your shipping company (or ours) to insure that your container is handled properly and is loaded on the ship according to schedule. We also make sure that all shipping documents are in order and filled out correctly to avoid any possible delays in customs upon arrival. Using a quality and reputable shipping company is very important.
